MHCHS Membership Application Form

Once a Member of the Society
Every member of the MHCHS is required to uphold the constitution and comply with the bylaws. All members are required to pay the annual membership dues at the amount of $5.00 prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will continue their membership until the next AGM. Once membership dues are paid, the member is able to vote at the AGM.

Membership will be valid from AGM date to AGM date. After three months of the AGM date and a member has failed to pay the annual membership due, the membership will be ended.

Annual General Meeting
Every year MHCHS holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM), which all members are invited and encouraged to attend. During the AGM, there are reports on what the Board has been doing during the year: the financial health of the Society is examined, and there are reports on the general work that the Society has been doing. Election of Directors happens at the AGM, as well as any other work or discussion in which the members see fit to engage.
